On behalf of its investors, Bluecastle Capital unconditionally purchased the former New Look building in June 2023, as reported by The Comet.
Plans have been submitted to Stevenage Borough Council to replace the current commercial building at 9-11 The Forum with a 21-storey residential tower, marking a significant step in the town’s regeneration efforts.
The proposal outlines a modern 69-metre structure that will introduce 225 high-quality rental apartments and inject new vibrancy into the heart of Stevenage, offering a variety of housing options, as well as flexible commercial space.
