Located within the Sheaf Valley Development Framework (SVDF) regeneration zone, the property is ideally positioned just a 10-minute walk from Orchard Square — a prominent retail and leisure destination in Sheffield — and a 5-minute walk from the city’s main railway stations. Over the past decade, Sheffield's city centre has been transformed by significant redevelopment, particularly through the "Heart of the City" masterplan, which is currently channelling £470 million into revitalising the area. The Sheffield Midland Station and Sheaf Valley are set to be the central areas in the continuing regeneration efforts.
