  • Bluecastle currently has a development pipeline of around 1,000 build to rent units, with a focus upon locations which are strategically well-located, with strong underpinning occupier demand.

Our Approach

  • BCC identifies and acquires sites within attractive BTR locations with strong underpinning fundamentals.

  • BCC and its professional team drive the design and engineering of our sites with the implementation of sustainable and high quality design principles for long term operational ownership.

  • BCC intends to act as the Forward Funder for its BTR development pipeline, providing its capital partners with high quality, risk-adjusted inflation linked returns for long term capital ownership.

  • BCC will act as the development manager overseeing the construction of the development through to the point of practical completion.

  • Once the development is complete and the fit-out finalised, the building then begins its operational and stabilisation phase.

  • BCC will own and operate the building in line with its design principles aimed at delivering high quality and sustainable rental communities to our residents whilst generating attractive long-term risk adjusted returns for our capital partners.
