In June 2023, Bluecastle Capital, on behalf of its investors, unconditionally purchased a commercial retail building in one of the last remaining parts of the Stevenage Masterplan.
The Bluecastle team is currently going through the various planning stages in order to convert the building into a new Built to Rent development.
