In June 2024, Bluecastle Capital unconditionally purchased a prime City Centre development site with consent for 364 BTR units on behalf of its investors.
The site will be home to a 35-storey building in the prime city centre of Cardiff, creating Wales’ tallest tower.

As Wales’ main employment hub, Cardiff has benefited from substantial government investment, enhancing job creation and private sector funding. Our site, located in the central business district near Cardiff Central Station, offers a strategic location for development in this rapidly evolving city.
The Central Square acquisition represents an important investment for Bluecastle and is our first project located in the Cardiff Capital Region. The site is extremely well located in the heart of Cardiff city centre, with excellent transport links and access to local employment centres.
